Protecting the soil

As DAF factories, great effort is made to prevent fluids ending up in the soil. As well as training employees and providing proper guidelines, we also take concrete measures. In recent years, waterproof flooring has been installed in some 60 locations at our facility in Eindhoven, reducing the risk of soil contamination. We are continuing to lay this flooring in additional places as well, including new presses installed in 2017.
